who we are

Following 15 years of working in property maintenance and renovating properties, it was time to down tools and take a different path.  John Hopwood decided to study for a Master’s Degree in Building Surveying and qualified with Distinction, the highest accolade.

 

John is now a proud member of the Residential Property Surveyors Association (RPSA) which works to the highest standards in the industry, to help residential property buyers on their path to buying their next home.

From when I first contacted John to request a quote, he was rapid with all responses and very helpful in explaining all elements. Once booked, he liaised with the agent to complete the survey inspection and a report was provided shortly after meaning we were able to swiftly complete on the property. 

 

The survey was well-priced and included an initial pre-inspection phone call to ask about any concerns I had with the property, followed by a post-inspection phone call to summarise his findings. A post-survey call covered questions I had after reading the report. At no point did he rush and we talked for as long as was necessary.
